I’m Chef Jesse, a private chef serving Boise, the Treasure Valley, and beyond. With over 15 years in the culinary industry and a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, I bring a refined yet approachable style rooted in classical French technique. My cooking emphasizes seasonal, local ingredients and sustainable, ethical practices—always tailored to meet each client’s unique dietary preferences and tastes.

Every meal I create is a curated experience to nourish body and soul. I believe food should be fun, comforting, and deeply personal. My Idaho roots run deep: I grew up surrounded by generations of food growers, cooks, and preservers—people who taught me the value of wholesome ingredients and meals made with intention. That foundation continues to inspire every dish I prepare.

Jesse with Indulge Idaho catered my 50th birthday party. I wanted a crab and shrimp boil but explained that I didn’t care for cajun seasoning. She went above and beyond by creating a customized spice mix that made for an absolutely delicious boil. Everything was cooked to perfection and the presentation was beautiful and bountiful. She also made the best Tiramisu I’ve ever eaten! My guests left very full and very impressed. Thank you, Jesse for a fun, decadent experience!
