I’m Chef Jesse, a private chef serving Boise, the Treasure Valley, and beyond. With over 15 years in the culinary industry and a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, I bring a refined yet approachable style rooted in classical French technique. My cooking emphasizes seasonal, local ingredients and sustainable, ethical practices—always tailored to meet each client’s unique dietary preferences and tastes.
Every meal I create is a curated experience to nourish body and soul. I believe food should be fun, comforting, and deeply personal. My Idaho roots run deep: I grew up surrounded by generations of food growers, cooks, and preservers—people who taught me the value of wholesome ingredients and meals made with intention. That foundation continues to inspire every dish I prepare.

Perfect for less intimate gatherings—colleagues, friends, or networking mixers—I’ll curate a spread of hors d’oeuvres and small bites. From classic charcuterie and wine pairings to fresh seafood displays and Spanish-style tapas, these events are all about mingling and flavor.
Private Dinner
Designed for 2 to 12 guests, these in-home or on-location dinners are fully customized and range from rustic comfort food to elegant multi-course tasting menus. I can provide all necessary serviceware, or use what’s available in your home.
Meal Prep
From busy family weeks to solo food exploration, I deliver 3–5 chef-prepared meals to your home or office. For family-style options, I can prep in your kitchen—leaving one meal hot and ready, with the rest set for the days ahead.
Seasonal Tasting Dinners
During peak harvest times, I host exclusive multi-course dinners centered around a single seasonal ingredient, showcasing it in unexpected and inspired ways. These events take place at unique locations and are announced throughout the year. Keep an eye out for upcoming dates and ticket sales.
